Hi

Just wondering what is the procedure to check voicemail for other extensions using a normal phone. We can check voice mail for our own extensions, but how to check voice-mail for other extenstions.

Also do any body can know procedure to check voicemail using any normal landline phone out of the office. they is one way I know by putting an option in IVR and dail office number enter that hidden option, But is there ia other simple way of doing this.

Here is the simple solution

1. To access Voicemail from any extension. Dial 99, once you hear the prompt just press #, it was ask for Ext. number, Enter Ext. Number whose voicemail you want to check, then enter Personal Indication Number (Voicemail Pin).

2. To access Voicemail from Outside, Just dial your Office number which has an IVR setup, When you hear IVR options, Just Press 999, It was ask for Ext. number, Enter Ext. Number whose voicemail you want to check, then enter Personal Indication Number (Voicemail Pin).
