Hi,

My router is an innbox v50u with 2 ports for telephones, the phones are able to make calls but I am unable to receive them. I've tested the sip settings with an android app and the 2talk softphone and it works fine which leads me to believe it may be an issue with the router OR the handset.

The handset is a Uniden Elite 9035+1 withn rj11-rj11 cord running from the base to the router's telephone port.
Here is the settings page:

Any reason why you have a tick next to SIP Registrar but have 0.0.0.0 in there? If you're going to tick these it'd pay to put something in there.

These aunits look they use the same SIP stack to the Netcomm devices which is average at best.

I'm not sure which registrar settings to use. And if you untick it then it will become like that with those values, it wont stay "unticked" as such.

Try set the port to 50600 rather than 5060

Remove "SIP Domain Name".

Your Settings or anyone should be as follows.
1.SIP Domain Name = NULL / None / Empty Field .
2. Dial Plan = Add |111|*xx| at the end for 2talk voicemail and Emergency .
3. SIP Proxy = sip.2talk.co.nz (port :5060)
4. SIP OutBound Proxy =  sip.2talk.co.nz (port :5060)
5. SIP Registrar =  sip.2talk.co.nz (port :5060)
6. Extension / Displayname / Authentication Name = Your 2talk number e.g 028xxxxxxx
7. Apply
8. Also Check Global Parameters that you have assigned the Voice Interface to your WAN interface not LAN, Select "Any_Wan" if unsure.
