Hi All

Have been doing some search in the VOIP section on the forum but cant seem to find what i am looking for.

Not sure if this is at all possible , but I'm looking for a PABX system with the following features and functions :
* rackmount
* 20users +
* Voicemail (options of pre-recorded messages or option to record )
* Records incoming and outgoing calls ( a must )
* call waiting / on-hold music
* welcome message ( thank you for calling mac donalds,blah blah blah )
* voice menu ( "Welcome to mac donalds, how may i take your order?" Press 1 for sales, 2 for marketing etc )
* Transferring calls + extensions  ( internal and external)
* opening hours ( phone doesn't ring outside open hours - classic pbtech scenario )
* ipad/iphone app
* accommodate fibre line

--- any other cool features out there?
--- would i require any special phones?

im not clued up on PABX or VOIP systems , so some additional info may be required, im just not sure what it is yet :)

Is there anything out there that ticks all the above boxes?

Thanks.

An Avaya IP Office will do all that and more.
- No special phones required but there are some nice digital and Ip phones you can get for the system to make it easier to use and give you more features
- Lots of cool features available including video conferencing just depends on your budget

@nzgman : thanks, will do some research with them.

@antoniosk : would prefer to keep everything inhouse and manage it myself , does vodafone allow this?

Why would you 'keep it inhouse' then? Especially if you have fiber.  Hosted would be the way to go - with the amount of PBX hacking going on it probably safer when you are not 'pro' at this.

Good question! I'm setting up a test lab,ideally replicating a workplace.
Cool nickname btw.

Personally run PBX ina flash for about 80 users. Not the easiest system to get setup but what is? It's free and runs on our virtual infrastructure, using yealink phones which are $120 or so each.
