Looking for GZ's VoIP provider recommendations that also have a cloud PBX offering.

I have been with WxC for years with my SIP trunks so am aware of their great service - ideally if they offered a cloud PBX I go straight with them but would like to hear others experiences with 2Talk's cloud PBX offering and any others.

Would prefer to signup as an agent/reseller as will start converting all client to VoIP once I've found a decent offering. Tried to sign up as a 2Talk agent but their website form seems to be malfunctioning. Is anyone here a 2Talk agent that would like to share their experiences?

Thanks :)

Conversant, I'd personally avoid 2talk at almost any cost.

Conversant support and rates are generally superior.

2Talk are excellent.

We are 2Talk resellers and fine the program works really well. Nice little kick back each month for not a lot of work. The one thing I would say is it would be nice to have a reseller support line.

9/10 issues are configuration related. Lots of people whinge about 2Talk not working but they just simply haven't configured gear correctly. We are generally only using them for SIP trunking to our PBX's so don't use any of the cloud PBX features. But we do have very small offices (3-5 phones) working directly off them using the Cloud PBX features - which also works really well.

When there is an issue that just can't be resolved on the client end (generally porting or billing issues) you do only have the ticketing system to rely on for support - again, I come back to wanting a reseller support line. But in reality this is a rather small issue as most things can be resolved yourself from 2Talk Live.
