Seems there may be a possible bug in the 2Talk call diversion timer thing.
I wonder if anyone else has noticed this??
With two of our customers it still diverted even though I had unchecked "Forward my calls..." but had a value in the Call Diversion Timer field.
Blanking that value out fixed it.
Now... when you first create an/the account it puts a default value of 20 in that timer field, even if the "Forward...." is unchecked.
This has not given problems if that number has never been Call Forwarded, ie it worked all OK on numbers till we started call forwarding.
I suspect that the bug is; if you have been call forwarding ("Forward... checked") and then uncheck that later to stop call forwarding but still leave a value in that Diversion Timer field, then it keeps diverting.
And not according to the value in there... ie at one customer's it was always forwarding in 1 second (what we had initially set it to) even though we kept changing the number up to in the 20's and 30's.
So, I suspect that almost certainly if you have been call forwarding then want to disable it, you also then have to also blank out that timer value.
Anyone else had issues along these lines?
Thanks.
