No issues here or at work.

We have multiple access circuits and dozens of SIP registrations. None are showing any issues. Web-site and Live support site both load fine too.

That's not to say you don't have a problem with your circuit! Just that it's not affecting their entire service.

No complaints from our customers. Definitely would have heard from someone if 2talk was down

Its really a bit strange, the fact I can't connect to their web site but i can connect with every other site I try, but everyone else can plus  both my lines aren't working.
Plus the phone has just rung twice in 2 minutes but no one was on the other end?

That sounds more like a NAT issue. What devices are you using for SIP? Also, what router etc? Are you auto-provisioning?

As for the website, have you seen if a trace route gets all the way through to it. If it does but you can't browse to it could indicate an MTU issue perhaps?

Im using a linsky pap2t plugged into a belkin wireless and connected to internet RBI wireless. I have been setup with voip for about a month with number ported over a couple of weeks ago and its all been provisioned
The result from trace route to 2talk.co.nz
<1ms <1ms 1ms 10.1.1.1
4ms 2ms 9ms 172.16.4.1
9ms 15ms 11ms 172.16.100.81

then  request timed out for every other line

Your traceroute indicates a networking issue. None of the addresses in your output are non-RFC1918 therefore the packets don't appear to be leaving private network segments.

If you don't understand the significance of that then try just rebooting everything.

Who is your ISP?  I suggest giving them a call.

Can you traceroute to some other locations, e.g. www.google.com, sip.2talk.co.nz ?

Sounds like a interconnect issue between your ISP an 2Talk.

Hi Darryl
I have reassigned your rooftop radio to have a public ip address.
Although we dont guarantee 2talk to work over the radio network, you are welcome to give it a try.

I have rebooted your rooftop radio but you will probably need to also reboot your linksys ATA (after 10.30am) so it can recognise the new ip address.
