You're question is far to vague to get a proper answer.

It depends on what you need to achieve.

Why are your needs and wants?

I am a Orcon customer at the moment and I like taking my landline with me as I travel a lot.
I want to change as the Orcon service lets me down a bit.
I just want good and reliable service for a good price.

The 2talk connect app should still work outside NZ???

In this case you want 2talk as you can port the number. You can't do it with Skype.
