I'm trying to run Trixbox 2.4 under Microsoft Virtual PC however I am getting stuttering of the Asterisk recordings. For example if I call Voicemail (*97) from my Linksys SPA942 then the sounds are stuttered. Likewise, if I call in via my iTalk line the IVR recording stutters.

Audio is fine when actually talking to someone (Ie. internal calls, calls in and out of the iTalk trunk are perfect, except when there is an asterisk recording being played).

Has anyone come across this before? Any ideas how to fix it? I have the VM set to give max cpu time to the VM but this does not seem to have made a difference.
