I was wondering if anyone else uses Zeacom's Desktop for Outlook software with VoIP? We are currently using it with a Cisco Solution.
I would be very interested in getting in contact with someone to discuss issues with the product as I am interested to see if some of the issue I am facing relate to other users of Zeacom's Desktop for Outlook, or is it just me??

Thanks.

What issues are you having? and how many users do you have on your system?
We are due to install a zeacom server, in conjunction with a Cisco switch in the next couple of weeks, I would be keen to hear what issues you have struck since you have what sounds like a similar system installed.

Who is managing this project for you?
Is it in house, or a 3rd Party?

It's a third party install (well third fourth and fifth really) Zeacom rep doing the zeacom software integration, Telstra the lines in, and Cogent all the bits in the middle.

Did you get a support contract with your install? I would be surprised if they couldn't resolve any issues you were having.

Well support from Vendor was good.

It was just when they had to go to Zeacom.
