We had a brief power outage last night that caused the Intel NUC that is home to my installation of FreePBX to turn off. Turning it back on, I have noticed that my FreePBX reports "Can Not Connect to Asterisk". It is connected to everything just as it was before this happened, and everything else is working fine, so why can't it connect to Asterisk? There is no obvious way to find out what the source of the problem is.

Logs will tell you what the issue is.

The fact FreePBX can't connect to Asterisk suggests Asterisk isn't running - which would suggest something became corrupted when the machine was shut down suddenly.
