I am still having problems with my 2talk connect app. I can make calls, but phone doesn't ring for incoming calls. I am using an iPhone 5S.

Thanks

A lot more information is required.

How are you connected?

I am connecting through a Fritzbox 7360. ISP  is 2Degrees

I use my iPhone 5S only, no other DECT phone.

Just a thought. Are you using the voip ATA on the Fritzbox and the 2talk app on the iphone. If so you need to login to your 2talk account and click on locate me/one number on the inbound calls column. Once on that page you need to tick Enable '2talk One Number' feature on this line. After doing that go into the settings on your iphone app and where you have your phone number put a -1 on the end eg 0x xxxxxxx-1. Without that your Fritzbox and iphone app will be competing for your phone number and causing one another to disconnect. That is if you haven't already done this.

Oops my bad I just read that you are using your iphone only. The only other suggestion I can make is to try other VOIP apps there are probably a few around in the Apple store.

Yes the one that I use is Adore softphone. They have an app for iphone android and windows phones. When it asks you for a sip server you just put sip.2talk.co.nz then its just your phone number and password.

Move to New Zealand's best fibre broadband service (affiliate link). Free setup code: R587125ERQ6VE. Note that to use Quic Broadband you must be comfortable with configuring your own router.
