Hi all

I'm currently in the process of setting up our office based on 2Talk. We'd like to have a cordless SIP phone along with Cisco desk phones in the office. The Cisco SPA303 was super easy to get going and is working great. The Panasonic KX-TGP600 meanwhile has a confusing, very technical admin page and there are limited info on 2Talks page. I've emailed them asking for some pointers but saw others are using Panasonic phones on 2talk so though someone could point me in the right direction.

I've attached a cap of one of the lines current settings. All I get in the status with these settings is "Registering"

Also the phones log is reporting this -

Thanks!

This doesn't answer your question specifically, and probably isn't really what you want to hear, but I thought I'd throw it out there anyway and you can always ignore it!

We bought some Panasonic VoIP cordlesses for appraisal and found them to be bloody awful. The UI was poor (both on the phone and via the web admin) and they were just an embarrassment. We ended up writing them off as an experiment and they're still in their boxes (sing out if you want any more, we'll let them go cheap!).

I've had good experiences with Gigaset (Siemens), but overall the best VoIP cordless I've come across is the Yealink W52P. Great phone, great UIs and great price.

Hope this helps. If not you then maybe someone else before they lay down their coin.

Thanks, although enabling Rport is still not making much difference.

Thanks. I've been bogged down with other moving issues for now but will hopefully get a chance to try it soon.

Yes! Finally got some time to test the file. I added the correct login details to the file and stuck it on our web server the phone booted and logged in.

Thanks so much. Will probably avoid Panasonic SIP phones in the future.

Hi

I work at Panasonic NZ and am responsible for the channel development for our SIP endpoint product range.

I'm sorry to hear that you had (and may still be having) issues getting the product up and running with your ITSP.

Can I ask you to make contact with me offline and I'll guide you through the configuration?

Thanks

Thanks for that, I used it too.

Worked first time which was a great supprise.

I too have not had the greatest run with Panasonic SIP phones.

Regards

John
