Hi All,

I'm trying to get my 2talk VOIP service working on a Slingshot tripleplay router. Have spoken to both 2talk and slingshot

but neither have been able to provide much assistance. I have Slingshot VOIP working on FXS1 and trying to get 2Talk on FXS2.

Tried disabling Slingshot VOIP on slingshots suggestion that it may only handle one active at a time, but still no registration being achieved.

I'm starting to wonder if Slingshot firmware is blocking somehow?

Any ideas appreciated.

Cheers

I've not used this router but I can't think of any reason why this shouldn't work.  Can you post a screenshot of your settings with the usernames fuzzed out?

There was an issue on these where the router wouldnt even try and register depending on what WAN interface was used. I think it worked with an ethernet WAN interface but not dsl.

...can't really remember though.

Hi, try using 50600 instead of 5060 as the sip proxy port. 2Talk has this option to circumvent some routers blocking 5060.

I think that SBiddle helped me out with this one previously when I wanted to pass a voip circuit through my vdsl router through to another one.

It's probably a long shot, but worth trying.

Hi All,

Screenshot of current settings:

I tried 50600 with no luck. Also tried tls.2talk.co.nz and port 5061 also nothing...

Cheers.

2talk username on line 2 should be in the format "03xxxxxxx" not "643xxxxxxx" - give that a go (don't alter the line 1 settings)
