Looking for some suggestions for good softphone clients for Windows.

This will be backed by the 2Talk cloud PBX and ideally would support presence/BLF.

White labeled is useful but not essential.

What's everyone using in this space? Free or paid is fine.

For our proper solutions where we have a Samsung PBX in place (on-premise or hosted), we use their WE VoIP app which gives BLF and normal PBX features easily from the app rather than using feature codes. Also has an extremely cool "Move" feature. Client can have their Samsung IP phone on their desk, press the "Move" button on that, and the call is immediately put on to their mobile - ie not a transfer, but just "moved" with maybe less than a second of voice dropping. Of course this is on a wifi network. The other very nice thing with WE VoIP is that on Android it uses the native dialler, on IOS it is a separate app.

Not helpful for standard SIP extensions though... for that see Bria.

Was just looking at Bira as well. The reason for 2Talk in this instance is there are 8 users in total but everyone of them are remote workers with no base of operations.

Have used the Samsung PBX and love it.

If you are deploying for customers maybe think about a provisioning platform... Counterpath have one to go with Bria. No idea on pricing, I imagine "not cheap".

Have a look at qos.co.nz for an option for a provisioning platform for Bria that you can purchase per user.

QOS.co.nz is an excellent option you can add calling plans as well.
