Hi All! First time poster but long time lurker, screwed up my last post.

My trusty PAP2T has just died, so I was forced to buy another ATA. Being the stinge I am, I foolishly purchased an ATA from the early 1600's: the Cisco 186.

Spent a little bit of time on the phone with Slingshot getting some details, but they were overly unhelpful because the ATA is so old. Now I know there are people here who have got these going, and it's very likely just a box with some incorrect info somewhere. I've posted screencaps of my current config, can someone pleasssse look over them and tell me what's wrong - I'd be forever grateful.
