As I cant see to raise 2talk via any method this morning. Anyone else aware of an outage with VOIP services at 2Talk? Has been ongoing since at least 8am.
Even their own IVR on the main number is offline.

Hmm ok, I can get their IVR now (in the last 2-3 mins) which I guess is a step up.

Just took a glance at a few hosts I can view from here and I saw 7 channels active to 2talk from our end; no problems reported internally (yet?).

Are you guys based in Canterbury by chance? Their live portal's Network Status did mention potential outages for Canterbury users overnight:

21 minutes outage impacting inbound calling on 2talk cloud, retail and wholesale lines. We had clients in the far north down to Wellington out. Outbound was working fine





Most problems are the result of previous solutions...

Sorry dude we are still not getting calls inbound, Registration is fine. I am also 100000% sure that the system I am looking at now has not been working since 8am.

I have just been on live chat with them, as ours went down again shortly after I posted above. They have confirmed there was an outage and that another change was just made. Ours is now working again so hopefully that has fixed it.

All working here again too. Im sure their system has had the speed wobbles this year.
