Hi all,

I'm looking for recommendations on a cloud based voip system to replace our current old on prem system please.

100 users across a dozen branches, NZ wide. Small call center.

Thanks

Are you looking for someone to run and manage from end to end or just host the system for you to manage with some initial setup?

One of my larger customers uses Telesmart, who provide a hosted Shoretel/Mitel system. They have been fantastic to deal with and the migration process has been incredibly smooth even with number ports etc

Hi Dust2, welcome to Geekzone if we haven't done it already!

NOW Phone and Broadband utilize Mitel Cloud Voice services

They'd be happy to get in contact with you, you can either DM me some contact details and I can pass this on directly to our Sales Manager,

or alternatively you can set up a meeting here: https://www.nownz.co.nz/business/book-a-meeting/

Cheers!

3CX is awesome. No crazy licensing, no vendor lock-in, just a good time.

Vodia seems to be making inroads in NZ. SnapperNet has recently stopped supplying 3CX and switched to Vodia.

Has some interesting features that make sense for Cloud, like multi-tenant for service providers.

I've assisted a few companies with the switch to Voyager and it has been pretty seamless - https://voyager.nz/business/voice

All cloud based, supported by them. Could be worth contacting them.

2d could do you a bundle with your mobiles :) They run a decent system. If your running a call center then go with someone who has good redundancy built in right from your Comm's through to the PSTN side of things

Don't you need E5 to use Teams with phones?

And? You don't need to use the pstn features to do audio and video. We use mobiles at work for calling mobiles and landlines (rarely needed anymore), and the Teams clients on mobiles and Windows/MacOS for meetings and internal calling.
