Just trying to sign up with 2talk and following there signup process you have to phone to auth the account then you get a password reset link, then ... nothing, so go to there login page and you need to login with a phone number, which I don't have.

Is this just me missing something?

Yes the change to their new portal sure has left a long tail of brokenness :( Unfortunately my feedback to them about it has so far fallen on mostly disinterested ears.

One tip which may help you in this situation is that you can use your account number as your login ID. This is useful when you create an account with numbers to be ported but with no other temporary number on the account before the porting goes through.

The account number should be in the sign-up email they sent you.

😞 I tried the account number but there must be some dumb character restrictions on the passwords, but it doesn't catch them on reset arghhh!

reset the password to 6 numbers and it all works!
