I work in a call centre and to improve the customer experience we are wondering is there a way in IPFX to either;

 

 

 

       - Have recently abandoned calls pop up on call advisor screens and prompt them to call back the caller's number?

 

 

 

       - Have a LIVE report of abandoned calls so that then team leaders can ask a free agent to call back the caller's number?
