We're looking to replace our traditional (ie: fairly dumb) on premise PBX with something more mobile friendly and preferably cloud based. I love the look and functionality of the SpokePhone app but I'm interested to hear any experiences people have had with the product, good or bad.

I looked into spokephone just over a year ago but went with Hero instead. Spokephone I think offer a free trail period but are softphone only. I was told by a few people to avoid softphone only solutions. Hero have been faultless and offer way more functionality than I need. They have an app which is fine for occasional use but a little clunky to use. Their pricing is very keen too and they will auto provision your hardware so it’s pretty simple to set up.

Not really answering your question but hopefully it helps.
