I trust you are all well at this time of COVID19!

I have friends who work for the NZ social welfare dept and and have their number anonymized(assume not listed). I wonder if I can in one way or another whitelist it on 2talk as they gave me their number to try to avoid me having to give permission before I can talk to them(when they call)?
