My brother has a Vodafone number that was with World exchange originally and he wants to get it over to 2talk. I have applied for the porting and it has been rejected. Below is the message I got.

The reason for the rejection is Invalid: The Losing Service Provider specified does not have a relationship with the Donor Carrier for the non-ported number : The Losing Service Provider specified does not have a relationship with the Donor Carrier for the non-ported number.

What can we do?

One idea is to cancel the existing number with Vodafone and apply for a new number though 2talk, but we really wants to keep the old number as our family know the number. My brother is now in Australia and Vodafone NZ will not let the VOIP server work unless he is connected with a VodafoneNZ network connection.

I'm not sure what your TLA (LSB) means. The current provider on the 2talk port request was set to Vodafone - iHug.

LSP = Loosing Service Provider

Trying re-submitting it with LSP set to WXC, failing that, email porting@2talk.co.nz with all of the information and seek their advice on how to get the port to succeed. Include a PDF of a recent bill showing the service and TN in question if possible.

Unfortunately WCX / xNet / World Exchange are not available as an option. I am in discussions with support at 2talk to see if it can be done.

It's called "Vodafone NGS" now. But 2talk just need to play the game and request this for you

Good news, I logged a request for assistance through the support option on the 2talk portal last week and have been advised porting will happen this week.
