In the US I would use my Google phone number to give out to companies, online forms, ordering that required my number. Ideally my personal number was only given to family and friends for security and privacy reasons. It's actually great to have multiple numbers. Is there any way to get a burner number in NZ for cheap? Something that's VOIP? Thank you so much!

Yep, 2talk free 028 number. Is treated like a mobile for calling in, but no ongoing cost (unless you make outgoing calls)

I just get skinny sims to use for burner numbers. New user deals on food apps is the main reason but those seem to have stopped now.
