Hi Everyone,

I am interested in getting a few (4-5) fax to email phone numbers. Each number would email the faxes to different addresses.

I currently have two setup via WXC. They work well however they are attached to the VFX accounts, and you cant "split" the phone message/fax delivery.

In theory via WXC to get a "fax only" line you need to purchase both a normal VFX line AND the Fax service which totals $15ish per month.

So is there another provide of fax to email services that can provide a standalone number with pdf or tif file formats for less then $15 per month ?

I also think that the WXC offering is unlimited pages too. Having said that I would guess 20-30 pages per month max would be received per number.

Cheers

Thanks for that, I will look into them a little closer. I think they are both charge a monthly cost + per page, but I am willing to check that out again.

Hmm Im sure thats what I asked WXC. They insisted that I needed both the normal VFX "line" ($9-$12) and then the addon Fax-email service ($3-$6). The spread in values is due to they styles/combos of services available.

Time to ring them again I guess

Cheers

The sales dept at WXC have confirmed they only sell the fax to email service with a VFX number. It is not available as a standalone service, you MUST get the two numbers etc etc $16 all up.

Maybe the standalone produce is a business/reseller only thing ?

If they are all on the same account with WxC you can have multiple fax to email for $5 ea per month.

This is a business service however.

Why don`t you try some software they also provide very cheap rates for fax. They might be a reasonable alternate.
