Can anyone help I am new to asterisk but have been using Kiwilinks VoIP Service for a few months. The program is all installed but I have gotten stuck when it comes to setting up the trunk I have been onto the Kiwilink website and completed the details but still it doesnt register.

Can anyone help me with this..?

Sure thing.

Can you please post the current configuration? To start with sip.conf and extensions.conf.
And the output of:
# sip show peers
and
# show dialplan

Of course, you can omit the real username/passwords :)

Oh, and I assume that your asterisk server has a public ip address and has the firewall open?
