Hi All,

I am trying to configure mey grandstream handy tone with xnet voip
I have changed from vfx to asterisk and been sent configuration details.
Unfortunately they do not tie up with my settings page. As far as I know
I need to enter the info in the following way;

SIP Server:
Outbound Proxy:
SIP User ID:
Authenticate ID:
Authenticate P assword:

Setting these works with other providers?

Any help would be outstanding.

Cheers.

sip server = pan.wxnz.net
sip user id = phone number without 0 (ie 91234567)
authid = auth userid supplied
auth password = your password supplied

Just tested a config on a old Budgetone (same settings) and it works fine.

Just be aware the Grandstream is pretty rubbish so don't set your hopes too high!

I can't believe I admitted I used a Budgetone phone in public. I'd better delete that post now! Smile
