I posted this in the Callplus section, but as there does not seem to be any 2Talk realted chatter there, I thought I would post here. I would like to find any details around setting up a 3CX pbx with 2talk. There is only the barest of mentions on the 2talk forums, but sounds like a company trying to sell the installation services. Anyone able to provide some info?

Cheers

Config should be fairly straight forward with the basic 2talk settings. From memory 3CX really only asks for the SIP proxy, username and password.

yeah it appeared to be so - however my trunk status in 3cx says "registered" but when I login to 2talk live - I see that the number is "offline".

I can make outgoing calls ok, provided I setup an appropriate outbound rule, but I cannot receive an incoming call... I have checked nat firewall etc, by temporarily putting box on a dmz - but didn't seem to help..

Ahh.. some of the SIP fields may need remapping to support inbound calls. When I was playing with it I found this was required with some VoIP providers.

Unfortunately 3CX isn't really of any interest to me any longer so I wouldn't waste any time playing with it without payment! :-)

IMHO PBX'nSIP is a better Windows product.

Fair call.
Thanks for the heads up on pbxnsip - looks good. Only thing missing, that I really like in 3cx, is the TAPI driver, that I can use for Click to Call in my CRM and Outlook...
