I have already asked this question but had little response...

We are looking at providing a call forwarding 0800 or DDI service for voice/fax calls.
Our clients may be based anywhere in the world, there may be a possibility of outgoing calls but most of our clients worry about incoming calls being forwarded.

On top of this we are also looking for a call centre which can process calls by receiving and forwarding or documenting the calls and forwarding it to an email address.

The issues we need to overcome are mainly to do with billing the customer directly. We need the ability to resell the VOIP services without physically having the server in our office, so we are looking at reselling it in a white label agreement.

Does anybody know who can help me?
