I have a blacklist of over 50,000 numbers that I do not want to have my people to call.  I currently have the DB hosted on a SQL 2008 server being edited by access to add numbers.  Is there some way to have asterisk lookup against the database and if true reject the outbound call through a dialplan that leads to a fast busy?

Asterisk supports ODBC so you could use this to connect to your SQL Server box.

Definitely something you'd need to get custom written.
