The headset jack on the Linksys SPA942 phone is a 2.5 mm jack.

Is the plug a standard stereo plug with 3 segments on the plug or does it have 4 segments? (sorry the word segment is probably not technically correct, but I hope you understand what I mean).


Also can someone recommend a suitable speaker headset (binaural not monaural)

It is just a normal stero plug ("3 segements" ), Plantronics do a fairly good range of products I use one myself with a spa525 and works well
