The 2talk unlimited plan always had an excessive usage policy anyway and was never truely "unlimited"

From their TOS

4.4. Unlimited local and worldwide minutes on 2talks personal and small business plans are available on the basis of reasonable use. If you use the service in a way that is inconsistent with the normal use for your service or plan we may:

i) monitor and investigate your usage; and

ii) suspend and/or withdraw the Service; or

iii) charge our standard per minute rate for additional calls

I too got caught out by the so called "unlimited plan"

What stinks is the limits they have set on the unlimited plan is exactly the same limit set on the 30 + plan

I find that very stinky as if they had been up front about it instead of just charging me one day when I went over would have given me a heads up BUT NOOOOOOOOOOOO

Oh well I just changed my plan from unlimited to 30+ and although it gives 50 minutes less MOB calling (which I never needed anyway) I am saving about $8.00 per month and getting the same limits.

I no complain....
