Hi,

We have a ATCOM IP01 we are trying to get going with a 2Talk trunk. For some reason even though the trunk shows as registered at both ends through the web guis (local and 2Talk) incoming calls are not making it reliably - they go to 2Talk voicemail more than 50% of the time.

Has anybody out there had any experience with the sip settings on an ATCOM or similar?

I also have been looking at creating some QOS rules in our switch - what ports should we QOS for 2talk 5060 and 10,000-20,000 ?

Cheers,

Gwilym

What router are you using? It sounds like it's possible a NAT issue.

Thanks Hads,

Turns out it isn't the router...well I think not, I have tried three different ones on two WAN connections and all sorts of port unblocking/forwarding.

I am now using 2Talks IP instead of domain and that seems to have solved it for now - they seem to think the IP01 was re-registering on different proxies each time ...

Will update when I find out more.

Gwilym
