I have recently changed to VoIP via 2Talk. Now on Naked DSL and getting old number ported over (in process). Currently using the 028 number.

An issue I have is that when i make an outbound call, the ringing volume is very low. Is there a way I can tweak this? Everything else seems to be ok (so far).

Thanks

Check your impedence setting, it's probably wrong. If your firmware doesn't support the 370+620||210nF setting that's officially used in NZ (BT2) your best option is to use 600ohm.

Failing that increase the gain settings slightly in the ATA settings.

Here are the settings I have.

I have changed it  600 but it didn't make any difference.

Are you able to clarify your comment about increasing the gain settings slightly in the ATA settings. Ie: what is the setting called and what do you recommend?

Thanks in advance

From that screen you have the output gain set to -10 which is the cause of your problems. The Linksys default is -3 for both input/output and unles you have echo there is no reason to change it.

Thanks for that, have changed. Unfortunately no noticeable difference in regards to the ringing volume. Anything else you could suggest?
