Is anyone here in New Zealand running Skype over dialup?
I want to know whether its worth buying a USB phone for a relative who gets 44.4kbps connects.

I've made a few calls to people in Australia over Skype. Some of them were on dial-up and the call quality was better overall than that of many of the broadband calls.
