Hello all.

I have a Fujitsu Siemens Lifebook S7020 with build in bluetooth (widcomm 3.xx driver) and a Jabra JX10 bluetooth headset.

I can connect the computer and headset and choice headset profile, but I can't get any sound to the headset.

That is that once I have succeded in making a test call to Skype but when I disconnected from this call it didn't work any more and haven't since.

What have I done wrong???

The connection between the computer and headset is not automatic. You have to manually connect it each time you want to use it and you must do it before you start Skype, otherwise the program will use the default sound output - which means that is pretty much useless to have Skype starting with Windows because you wouldn't have the Bluetooth headset connected.

The problem is that this dosn't help.

Something is wrong in the setup somewhere.

Eventhough I connect the headset, I can't get it to work. Not with skype, messenger or just the test of the connection you can do in windows.

I'm loosing my last hair over this. Really wanted to go wireless with skype.

Any other inputs??

Yes, it doesn't help, but explains why...

Also, once you connect the headset, open Control Panel, Sounds and check what's the output device. If it's not Bluetooth then try changing and see what happens. Remember to change back when disconnecting the headset.

Hello Mauricio.

I have checked that now and have bluetooth audio in both.

I have also tried to make a test in the voice part of sounds in controlpanel. I can't get any sound through to the headset or voice to the computer.

It is as if the headset isn't installet but my bluetooth places say it is and there I have a green arrow.
