Hi, I've had a look down the threads and can't see this, apologies if this is a tedious question, but I'm after a cheap adapter to 'give VOIP a go' and am after a recommendation.

Is SPA2102 better than PAP2T?

It will be just for one phone.

Are there any issues with buying from overseas (free delivery from Amazon.co.uk!) ? e.g. this

I'm fairly good at learning about new techy things once I get going but in this case my starting knowledge is v v low.
