Hi
I have a dylink router and when I connect to it I can use italk softphone no worries,
when I connect threw smoothwall the softphone cannot connect, can anyone help with the settings I should change in smoothwall please?

Hey,

You probably just need to open up SIP port on the firewall?

Just NAT it to the computer your softphone is on.

The port to open is 5060 tcp and udp.
