We are trying to port a number to 2talk but are unable to find out who currently holds the number no-one can give us this info and it does not appear on the customers current provider bill. It is not telecom we know this much. Is there anyway we can find this info out??

Yes they can see all their pilot numbers on the invoice but their main advertised number 0944492** is not on the invoice and fails on a port request with incorrect provider. What im thinking is that main advertised number is held with a voip provider and set to forward to one of the pilots.

Just to confirm, they are receiving no invoice for the number in question?
