I am now steaming mad, because bugs that were squished in earlier versions are now back, like the fact MY START MENU SEARCH doesn't *(&*($&*( work any more!
Things have changed in the Kingdom of Windows 10. If I run this fancy browser called "Edge" I can not copy and paste from anything within the browser including my emails or a web address. And sometimes for unknown reason the browser just closes and disappears. It's all a mystery to me so I'm migrating to Opera.
I have to say, windows 10 is pretty good. I have been using windows on and off (mainly with debian/ubuntu) and I am happy.
When it first came out there were quite a lot of issues with virtualization etc, but these seem to have been rectified now. Also If you want to get a 4K monitor, windows 10 is probably the best OS around for that.
It may be fine for all that but it's not working for me, and apparently not for some others either.

They seem to have changed the option for a restart after a Windows Update.
You can set the Active Hours so it wont restart during that time but the maximum you can set is 12 hours.
I was not even aware of this option till after the following happened
This evening I put a Youtube video on pause during dinner and when I returned there had been a whole lot of Windows Update downloads and then Windows had restarted to install them.
I generally see there is a Restart required and do it anyway however there are times that I may want to delay doing it.
But it seems the only option you have is to change the Restart Time (Custom Restart Option) after there have been a number of downloads and before a Restart is carried out.
They do say that they will do the Restart when the PC is not being used but I want to be able to control when it happens just not when the PC is briefly idle (maybe 1 hour)
I solved my problem with the Windows games. Turns out there was an updated version especially for the Anniversary update. It all works sweet now and I am happy. So far no other problems or complaints.

Just did my update. Everything looks good so far. It also seems to have fixed this weird issue I was having with the Netflix app where the sound would cut off and get really choppy when I full-screen any video.
I have an Acer 11" with 4Gb RAM and a 32Gb emmc... Anniversary update tells me I need 20Gb free space! Yeah, right! This only had 11 free when I got it!
A bit annoyed right now.

Best to do a clean install so it doesn't hold the previous version files

Last update asked me I wanted to use the SD card (53Gb free) Why doesn't this one?
I really don't want a fresh install, the PC is 34 days old!!!
EDIT: It came with 10, why do I need twice the space to install the latest? Last needed 8Gb free.
Well, two problems with my Windows 10 Home update:
1. There are no data usage settings. The search thing finds it, but it just isn't there, and it just shows data usage. If it has deleted my old settings like it deleted some other settings and put back stuff I had removed, this is going to get expensive quickly.
2. The useless lock screen is back.
I've managed to remove the onedrive stuff from explorer and hopefully disabled cortana. I'll look into removing onedrive tomorrow, as I will never be using it.
