Installed Anniversary Update, installed LastPass for Edge and changed it to be default browser. Let's see how it is now.

Installed 10iversary on a friend's 2gb (1.7 usable) 1ghz 10" 250gb hp touch machine. Must have taken 3+ hours to install after the download. I was expecting that based on other experience with this machine. It's all good after the boot process.

The tray options have changed. I don't see a way to always display the ESET tray icon for instance. Unsure if this is a 10iversay thing or ESET has some catching up to do.

Found for 10 on low mem spec machines, stopping and disabling superfetch gets rid of much thrashing and gives a faster settle after startup.

Husband told me the update on the desktop failed- 5 GB short of space on his SSD drive. I'll have to have a look and see if there is something I can move to one of the other drives.

I'm on VF cable 100/10 Mbps.

The Win 10 update was slow to download last night - 15 Mbps - but is much faster this morning:

Right click on the taskbar, click settings.  Scroll down the first screen to 'notification area', click on 'select which icons appear on the taskbar'.  My ESET appears in that list (9.0.381.0).

Work laptop on enterprise, home laptop on pro and home desktop on pro all upgraded successfully. Working well in all cases. Had issues with touchpad on work laptop after upgrade, 2 finger scroll wasn't working, but fixed by uninstalling driver and letting it reinstall itself after a reboot.

My Toshiba laptop isn't going too well today.  Bluescreen with  "Critical_Process_Died"   Can't even get it to boot to safe mode and can't do recovery.  This happened about 6 months ago on one of the preview builds  but came right.    Burning the latest ISO at present and see if I can do a repair  but if that fails  a complete new install and I'll lose  the preview license..  laptop is dual boot with Win 7 so at least i still have that ..

Anniversary update failed... wah wah... and after a few hold down the power button and restart cycles (maybe 3) it decided to restore back to the previous version... Hmm, not a good look!

Ok that's new! I was looking in the old 10 place 'notifications'.

Also looks like now - they have put notifications (system) and taskbar (personalisation) in different places. Maybe one is administrative and one is not.

Feels like a step backwards and less clean ui but I can see the reasoning for it. No one has an easy path for that one from a design pov.

JayADee: ...5 GB short of space on his SSD drive...

Similar problem here (1GB short of 20GB); ran Disk Clean-up but nothing much, however Explorer found a very old (2015) installation of W10 in $Windows.~WS 5GB which Disk Clean-up apparently couldn't see (no "Clean-up Systems File" button).

Turns out mine is an issue with the "edu" version, which has widespread update failure reports...
