Does anyone know someone at Huawei to develop the Windows RT driver for a 2degrees USB mobile modem (model E1552)?

Yep - found this emulator - but you have to jailbreak the RT first - not my cup of tea - http://www.extremetech.com/computing/148841-how-to-run-normal-x86-windows-apps-on-your-windows-rt-tablet
