andrewNZ: An install method that works well for headless machines, is to begin the install on a different machine, then, at the first reboot, pull the drive and bung it in the target machine. Could be worth a crack.
And the HDD is supposed to be bigger than 160GB, but there are a few ways around that. I'm using a 60GB SSD in mine no problem at all.

fastmikey: From memory, and based on where you're saying you're up to in the install process, it's definitely the disk controller drivers that it's after.managed to fix the solution today. Had to remake the ISO.
From the gigabyte site, the drivers are one of these:
AMD SATA RAID Driver (Preinstall driver, press F6 during Windows* setup to read from floppy) 3.3.1540.33 0.38 MB 2012/10/25 Asia China America EuropeEurope(Russia) : FTP / Http AMD SATA AHCI Driver (Preinstall driver, press F6 during Windows* setup to read from floppy) 1.2.001.0331 0.28 MB 2012/10/25 Asia China America EuropeEurope(Russia) : FTP / Http Marvell RAID Driver 1.1.0.6 0.43 MB 2011/08/16 Asia China America EuropeEurope(Russia) : FTP / Http Marvell AHCI Driver 1.1.0.6 0.43 MB 2011/08/16 Asia China America EuropeEurope(Russia) : FTP / Http It depends on the BIOS settings and what ports they're plugged in on.Cause it's installing from WinPE, you can put the drivers on a USB stick. Are you in Auckland? If so, I could take a look...
