stuartjmz:stuartjmz:thekiwi:Dreal: You're actually probably right. When I get up the wait list, I will most likely go for it. Buuuut, you do work for Microsoft. Just sayin' ;P
YOu can just download it manually...

My machines were all domain connected so used this tool instead.
When I download the 64-bit tool from this link and open the exe, nothing happens. That is, I get asked if I give permission for it to open, I say yes, then, nada, bupkiss, zero, zilch. No new processes show up in Task Manager either.
EDIT: Whoops, should've RTFM. Need to run as admin. Not a promising start, I guess.
OK, now I'm confused. I selected Run as Administrator, and STILL nothing happened. "Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to your computer?" "Yes" - and nada. What am I still doing wrong?
It's running fine for me. But then again, i am running it on windows 7. Try running the tool on another PC (it's making a disc after all, so doesn't matter where you run it)
