if you changed the passwords using the infected computer chances are they know your new passwords

1) disconnect it from the internet now. DO NOT reconnect it to the internet
2) consider all passwords compromised : bank, email, router, itunes etc
3) other PC's on the same network (ie at home, at work) may have been compromised
4) Chances are that email adress is now blacklisted buy some antispam services, something else to deal with .
5) Contact friends & family if it was sending to your contacts,  tell them not to open those emails .
