I was just wondering if there was a way of selecting what letter you want for drives you have?  I'm using XP and rather lost.  I remember being able to do it on Windows 98, but now I don't know.

Basically, what I want to do is make my main drive as C: (already done), my second hard drive as D: (currently E), and my CD drive as E: (currently D).

Any suggestions?  Thanks.

right click my computer and select 'manage'
goto 'disk management'
it's somewhere in there, right click around a bit :-)

To finish the story:

Left click to select Hard Disk (C:) or CD-ROM 0

Right click on selected drive

Click "Select Drive Letter and Paths"

Definitely more long-winded than Windows 9x.
