I was partitioning my Hard drive in windows 7 to make it as a backup (System Image) I did the normal way by Right clicking c:/, Then Clicking Shrink etc.  After that the drives all turned Gold! and instead of being the Primary Partition c:/ drive was a basic partition! I rebooted and everything went fine but I still don't know what went wrong.
