insane: You have to edit some registry files and remove a bunch of random characters from some string which has the name of your network interface in it. I Googled for it and found the solution a few weeks back.

When you set it up did you know all the settings ? My company IT guy has sent them to me in a pcf file. I know nothing about setting this up. Any guidance is much appreciated.
