how can i burn a 1.8gb .rar file on2 more than one cd and then when exacutel from the cd's it becomes 1 .exe file again?

Have you thought of repacking the 1.8g rar file and use the option to split the archive across the size of ya disks.
When u restore the archive it will prompt you for the different disks.

If you feel the need to repack it then you could use http://www.7-zip.org/ to make the file smaller.
