Welcome to Geekzone... Try running the online virus scan from Trendmicro.

Now a word of warning. It sounds as you wanted to find what key your business software is using. If you want to reinstall the software on a business PC, simply ask your IT department. If you wanted the key to install on someone else's PC, then don't. This is called software piracy and llegal.

It seems to have a lot of control over internet explorer, it doesnt let all of the updates from Trendmicro download, or continue scanning, at one point i think it closed the internet connection!!! i found the file names that are trojans or such using spy doctor and a lot of them are internet explorer setting, i think? here is a list of the files, i couldnt copy the text because spydoctor wants me to subscribe.

I don't see anything strange there - those (except for one) are registry entry keys or cookies, not executables.

I think your best option is to have Windows reinstalled on this PC. Make sure you have all your stuff copied first. Then have an Antivirus and Antispyware installed and up-to-date before start using the PC after the reinstall.
