Hi There,

Can anyone please help me to select the right keyboard? I have went into Text Services and Input Language and have selected the closest keyboard yet, it doesn't function properly?

When I type K I get 2, L => 3 M => -

Please see the attached ss of the keyboard.

Currently I have selected Dutch (Belgium) -> Belgian (Period) as the Keyboard.

Hi,
It won't be related to the operating system, it is the Function (Fn) key that is locked to the on setting somehow.

What brand is your laptop, as this is a hardware problem you are having, and the solution depends on what brand laptop you have.

If it is a HP laptop, this is a solution, if it's another brand just do a google search for that instead.

On your screenshot, it looks like the F12 key might be the function lock key. Try pressing Fn + F12 at the same time?

Seems like you need to press Fn + Num Lock (F11) at the same time.
